We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products purchased unless the item is deemed defective or an incorrect item was shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions (Defective or Incorrect Items)

If you receive a product that is defective or if we have shipped you an incorrect item (different from what you ordered), please follow the procedure below:

  2. Provide Proof: You must include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence (photos or video) of the defect or the incorrect item received.

  3. Resolution: If we confirm the item is defective or incorrect, we will, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement product or issue a store credit. We do not offer cash refunds, even in these circumstances.

  4. Return Shipping: In rare cases, we may request that the defective or incorrect item be returned to us. If this is necessary, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Sale Items

All items purchased during a sale, promotion, or at a discounted price are considered final sale and are ineligible for any form of return, exchange, or store credit.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customer Error: We are not responsible for refunds or replacements due to customer error, such as providing an incorrect shipping address, ordering the wrong size, or failing to read the product description.
